Bobby has won 19 awards (Inc ASINET Television and Kenya Broad casting corporation,KBC) in various acting and dancing competitions in bollywood, traditional and African dancing. From school days to date, he has performed over 400 shows that includes catwalking, bollywood dancing and theatrical plays.

Bobby also organises and performs for charity events. His most recen co-ordinated and partipated, was the show called 'Glimpse of India'. The show was a charity event for entertaining over 250 elderly and lonely people who are part of AGE LINK organisation. Bobby has special corner in his heart for people who are in need of Love, affection and kindness!

His last performance was in April 2007 in the play called DR. Tamme Pann?? and in 2006, acted in 3 theatrical plays, one of them was a charity show(a play called Doctor Doctor!...) for Medecins Sans Frontiers(MSF), the world largest independent medical relief organisation. He was playing a lead role of Dr. Nilesh Patel who always dreamed of being in bollywood but didn't expect his surgery waiting room to be a stage..
